Bright spaces with large openings to the outside
The house has undergone a complete refurbishment, providing different living spaces.
At the heart of the house there is a large living room that leads to the kitchen, forming a single room where the space obtained is totally open-plan and comfortable, with large openings to the outside and full of details such as a cistern excavated in the rock and a cup where wine used to be made.
The kitchen-dining room space is integrated and flows to the outside giving way to a terrace where you can spend a quiet time in the shade of a hundred year old pine tree or enjoy a good plate cooked on the barbecue.
The whole house is on one floor, making it easily accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
Mas Carpi consists of several independent but interconnected rooms, which form a nice unit.

We have recovered old outbuildings to arrange the rooms. Each room has its own personality, keeping the rustic essence of the farmhouse and providing them with the essential comforts for a restful rest.
One of the rooms has direct access to the swimming pool area.

The house is located in a rustic property surrounded by nature and with autochthonous crops, totally prepared to enjoy a few days of disconnection.
Outside there are two areas specially designed for enjoyment:
A barbecue and living area, between a hundred year old pine tree and a pine forest, with direct access to the dining room.
A bathing area, consisting of the old basin of the farmhouse, fitted out for bathing and a designer swimming pool for young and old. All with natural water. Also an elevated area (chill-out area) to relax and sunbathe.
In addition, the farm has a football and basketball field for outdoor sports activities for adults and children.
One of the great attractions for the families who visit us is the children’s sensory eco-park with spaces integrated by the nature of Mas Carpi. The little ones can explore and learn in a playful and educational way, connecting with the natural environment in an interactive way.
And, to strengthen our commitment to sustainability, we have an external charger for electric cars.
